Service Description

The Radiotelephony exam is often a source of concern and worry for PPL students. "What will I have to say?", "When will I have to say it?". This course consists of you taking on the role of a private pilot, navigating between two airfields, and having to deal with a multitude of radio calls, including Class D transits and MAYDAY messages. Whilst observing a video of an aircraft making its way around a map, you'll have to decide the most appropriate time to make the radio call, and what to say. Acting as the controller, the instructor will respond accordingly and throw you curveballs to see how you respond under pressure! Included in the course is a 30 minute debrief, highlighting all of the things which you can do to ace the RT test, and sound like a pro on the airwaves.
